Your Responsibilities:

➜ Oversee shift operations and ensure smooth service
➜ Handle cash control and transaction accuracy
➜ Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any conflicts
➜ Manage and support kitchen staff
➜ Order and manage stock efficiently
➜ Support Food Safety Supervisor duties
➜ Assist with closing shift paperwork

What You Need:

➜ 2+ years’ experience in the hospitality or food industry
➜ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
➜ Strong organisational and leadership skills
➜ Dependability and reliability – we need team players!

💰 Salary: $50,000+ per year
