Prep Cook

We’re Hiring a Prep Cook to Join the WiseGuys Kitchen!

If you love working with fresh ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced pizza & pasta kitchen, we want you on the WiseGuys team!

Your Responsibilities:

➜ Prepare daily ingredients including sauces, dough, pasta, vegetables, and proteins
➜ Assist with pizza and pasta prep following house recipes and standards
➜ Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient prep station
➜ Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
➜ Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and storage
➜ Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
➜ Help with opening and closing prep duties

What You Need:

➜ 2+ years’ experience as a Prep Cook or Kitchen Cook
➜ Pizza or pasta experience is a strong asset
➜ Good knife skills and attention to detail
➜ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
➜ Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
➜ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

💰 Pay Rate

$30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
